SADLY I MUST REPORT THAT WE HAVE NO TAPENADE OR SALSA TILL AT LEAST OCTOBER. I WILL POST WHEN IT'S BACK IN STOCK. But that just means load up on extra Bruschetta and Marinara-foodie gifts are always appreciated.

Miss Gina Cooks is now available at Sunflower Market in Woodstock, Smokehouse of the Catskills and about 20 shops around the country! Please visit and stock up on my healthy, no sugar sauces and salsa. And when you go into a cute little boutiquey gourmet store and don't see my products-be sure and ASK FOR MISS GINA COOKS- that's how I get in more stores!! A cheeseboard just isn't finished without my bruschetta and tapenade, and a bowl of my avocado salsa and chips is always perfect with margaritas and cold beers. Use my marinara for the best pizza sauce EVER! And if you haven't made a grilled cheese with it you are DEFINITELY missing out!

They make wonderful hostess gifts, instant appetizers when folks drop in and great fast cooking sauces and additions. And be sure to order my new marinara! Miss Gina's Story
Miss Gina has been cooking and planning events since... forever! Over 20 years ago, she began planning parties for friends and catering large events. Now Miss Gina is helping you make time for your friends and family with her Bold Tomato Bruschetta, Snappy Olive Tapenade, Molto Marzano Marinara and Zesty Avocado Salsa. All natural with none of the junk, these toppers feature the BEST ingredients. The company was begun in Ft. Worth, Texas, Miss Gina's hometown. Now Miss Gina is a happy transplant to upstate New York to be nearer her family. These make delicious, easy options for tonight's dinner or your next get-together.
8 oz. jars of Bruschetta and Tapenade are available, the Salsa is 16 oz. and the new Marinara is in a family friendly 24 oz. The jars have an 18 month shelf life until opened and Bruschetta, Marinara and Salsa should be eaten within 1 week of opening - but if you don't use it that fast, they freeze just fine.
